Racked up -28 by targeting human players like me repeatedly.

Two questions:

1. Why did the server not kick him?
2. Why is kick vote not enabled?

1. Auto Kick was disabled, i have change that now
2. Kick Vote is disabled because if there are 2 players you will be always kicked by one vote.

Autokick has been off beause the troll would kick regular player by driving over their landmines, and it also stopped regular players from fighting back when no admin was on. As Kampfsau said, they can also use kick vote to kick the normal players (this like autokick can be a double-edged sword)

On Badwiesse DC server, kick vote is on and I am an admin there. Yes, you can get kicked if only 2 are on and I have gotten kicked by a troll several times this way. Rejoin.
The advantage of kick vote is we can get the troll off quickly.

In Asch's defense, he is one of the better asshole players in these communities, meaning he plays dirty; he might've been drunk, but I don't know whether the server was locked, and he wanted to kill people, not bots.
